If Only The Dogs Could Dust
We have so much going on lately, dusting is the last thing on the list to get done. Next weekend we are vendors at Celebrate Effingham, and the following week is the House and Garden Tour.
For Celebrate Effingham, I have to get the products and displays ready for both Cloverleaf Farm merchandise, and also my Cloverleaf Farm Photography photocards items ready.
There is quite a few projects that we want to get done before the house and garden tour. Cleaning up is just one of them. We worked on the “early 1800’s” cottage last night. There are still a few things to tweak.
Next, we will move onto the 1940’s living room. Following that, the 1860’s parlor. There is much more to do in the 1860’s parlor, as this also acts as our office. How do you hide a 21st century printer in a Civil War era parlor? Tough task. Most of the items not from the 19th century are tucked away in drawers. The printer is one of the last tasks.
Dusting, vaccuming and washing the floors will be the last thing we do. If only we could teach the dogs to dust, or vaccum, it would save us some clean up time.
