Gluten Free and Delicious Too

Gluten free, and delicious. Two descriptions you don’t hear in the same sentence very often.
Last fall we started carrying Gramma Mill’s Gluten Free Baking Products in our shop.  We like to carry as much local products as we can. While we did try the pancake mix before we started stocking them, we didn’t realize until today how delicious their whole line of gluten free products really is.
I woke up in a baking kind of mood. I went out into the shop, and figured I would try one of each of the Gramma Mill’s items we had. We would have to stock new for May anyway. I made the chocolate cake, and the coffee cake. It made the house smell so delicious. Out of the oven they came. It smelled wonderful. Took a taste, and I was delighted. The coffee cake is heavenly. I had to taste test the chocolate cake too. A small bit don’t ya’cha know. Ah, a chocolate lovers dream.
For people who are gluten intolerant, this is a dream come true. Gramma Mill’s not only gluten free, but actually tastes delicious.
