Autumn’s First Easter

Autumn's Easter Duckling

Okay, this is really her second Easter, but this is the first one that will be fun to do something with her. Last year, she was barely two months old. She may not remember it, but we will, and it gives us joy to see her smile.

Yesterday, she got a duckling as a present from us. When we went in to the feed store, we had in mind to get her a bunny. When she saw the ducks in the box, she let out a joyful scream. We knew then, the duck would be coming home with her. The bunny, oh yeah, he came home to, but it’s my Easter present.

Today, we are having a egg hunt in the backyard, where the camera’s will be clicking, and the videos running, as her parents, uncle, and three sets of grand parents try to capture the precious moment.

After, we will all sit down to a family breakfast with farm fresh eggs, and delicious blueberry crepes.
