Seeds, Seeds, and More Seeds
We decided at the end of last season that we needed more, and bigger gardens. We want to sell a variety of heirloom veggies, and what we are calling “funky produce”. The funky produce is of course just as delicious as our other produce. We just want to do specialty items. Some of our funky produce are things like Adirondack Red Potatoes, White Pumpkins, and Purple carrots. The red potatoes also have a cousin that is blue. Yes, blue. Adirondack Blue potatoes. The flesh of the potatoes is blue. They taste just the same as a regular potatoe. We are growing white potatoes to. So we will actually have a patriotic potato garden.
